BATTERY RESISTANCE TEST FIXTURE

The battery resistance test fixture was designed for a manufacturer of electric vehicle lithium-ion batteries. The tester applies a brief, high-current load to a battery to precisely measure its' internal resistance. The fixture includes an interface to the manufacturer's Battery Management System (BMS). The software records the measured battery parameters, and the data provided by the BMS, in a production log file.

USB interface, with no external power required
